Prof. Yinsheng Wang has been hired as the Chair professor of Cheung Kong Scholars by Ministry of Education(Wuhan University) from 2015.
Prof. Yuqi Feng and Prof. Yinsheng Wang have acquired many remarkable research results after their long-term cooperation including applying the magnetic solid-phase extraction of TiO2/MHMSS and ZrAs-Fe3O4@SiO2 to the research of phosphorylated protein groups of HL60 cancer cells, synthesizing Fe3O4@Ti-mSiO2 and applying it to the gathering of endogenous phosphopeptides in serum and synthesizing SiO2/TiO2 hybrid fiber through electrospinning and also the gathering and detection of phosphopeptides in serum or other biomedical samples.
During that period, in 2012, they applied together for the project Research About the Progress in Protein Phosphorylation Duing the Process of Carcinogenesis supported by the Joint Research Fund for Overseas Chinese, Hong Kong and Macao Scientists of the National Natural Science Foundation of China(Grant No. 21228501) and concluded the project successfully.
In 2013 Prof. Yinsheng Wang acquired The Biemann Medal award granted by The American Society for Mass Spectrometry, which is prepared for the individual who has made tremendous contribution to the fundamental and applied realms of mass spectrometry every year for one person.
