According to the school calendar of WHU, the summer vocation starts from July 10th to Sep 1st. The working arrangements of the summer vocation are as followed:
I Schedule of the students:
The summer vacation for the graduate and undergraduate students starts from July 10th. Student registration will be on Sep 2nd and the class will begin on Sep 5th.
The freshmen will register on Sep 4th -5th, and postgraduate freshmen on Sep 6th -7th.
The date of registration for other kind of freshmen and advanced teachers will be determined by their own department. The time must be different from the registration date of the full-time students.
II Schedule of the faculty and the staff:
During the summer vocation, teachers are on paid holidays.
The summer vacation for the faculty and staff starts from July 13th to Aug 30th in rotation. During the rotation, the timetable is rescheduled as: 8:30 am-11:30am, 3:00 pm-5:00pm. Staffs can work half a day when the temperature is 39℃ or above. The normal schedule will resume on Aug 31st.
