On May 10th, Eastern Michigan University (EMU) and the International School of Software signed an official contract on Joint International Center for Resources, Environment Management and Digital Technology between Eastern Michigan University and Wuhan University. Huang Taiyan, vice-president of WHU and Tom Venner, dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Sciences of EMU, addressing the audience respectively, co-hosted the unveiling ceremony of the laboratory.
The laboratory is intended to expand the multiple modes of talents cultivation for the undergraduate, master and doctoral students, intensify the academic exchanges both at home and abroad for the teachers and deepen the international cooperation in resources and environmental management and digital technology. WHU and EMU will make joint efforts to build the laboratory into a world-class base for international talents cultivation and scientific research.
