A three-member delegation of Korea University headed by Sang-Koo NAM, its Provost and Executive Vice President, paid a visit to WHU on May 30th. Vice President Prof. Li Fei met the guests in the main administrative building, and also present at the meeting were representatives from the International Office.
During the meeting, both sides agreed that in the current context of increasingly close ties between Hubei Province and South Korea in trade and culture, institutions of higher learning in both sides felt the urge to strengthen exchange and cooperation. Besides, both sides exchanged views on cooperation between KU and WHU in offering Korean language courses at WHU and issues of common concern.
WHU and KU established formal links in 2003, and since then a student exchange program has been in operation between the two universities.
