From March 4 to 6, an expert panel from the European Foundation for Management Development's Quality Improvement System (EQUIS) conducted an on-site reaccreditation review of the Economics and Management School at Wuhan University (WHU).

The panel, chaired by Peter Møllgaard, president of Copenhagen Business School, included Caitlin Byrne, vice-chancellor of Griffith University, Gu Wei, dean of the School of Economics and Management at the University of Science and Technology Beijing, and Jacques Delplancq, former vice-president of IBM France.
During the evaluation, the expert panel conducted in-depth discussions and on-site visits to assess the school's achievements in academic development, faculty management, and research excellence.

Huang Taiyan, WHU's secretary of the Party Committee, introduced WHU's progress and emphasized its commitment to cultivating high-caliber talent with global vision and social responsibility. The panel commended the school's recent reforms and provided constructive recommendations on enhancing its master's programs and internationalization efforts.
Since earning its initial EQUIS accreditation in 2016, the Economics and Management School has passed three consecutive reaccreditation reviews. It remains dedicated to advancing high-quality development, strengthening global competitiveness, and striving to become a world-class business school.
