From Sept 19 to 21, the 10th Human Resource Development of China academic annual conference was held at Wuhan University (WHU), with the theme "Research and Practice in Human Resource Management of China: Review and Outlook."

Over 700 experts, scholars, and business professionals from universities and research institutions across the country attended the event.

At the opening ceremony, Lu Wei, vice-president of WHU, and Ou Xiaoli, president of the China Human Resource Development Association and editor-in-chief of Human Resource Development of China, delivered speeches.

During the conference, scholars from renowned universities presented keynote speeches on topics such as human resource management research and leadership development.

The Young Scholars Forum focused on six topics, including project application and talent cultivation, with 14 scholars from various universities in the field of human resource management delivering specialized reports. Forty-five sub-forums reported on topics such as algorithm management and human-computer interaction, with 323 papers presented and discussed. The conference awarded the Outstanding Paper Award for the 10th annual academic conference (2025) and the 2024 Outstanding Magazine Reviewer Award.
