The meeting brought together key figures, including Yuan Yufeng, vice-president of Wuhan University; Gilbert Faure, honorary professor of immunology at the University of Lorraine's Faculty of Medicine in Nancy; Jacques Hubert, honorary professor at the University of Lorraine; and Mariama Traore, head of International Cooperation in Life and Medical Sciences at the University of Lorraine.
Yuan highlighted the strategic importance of collaboration with France as part of the university's international development efforts, with a particular focus on medical cooperation.
He underscored the Sino-French medical program's role as a vital platform for promoting the internationalization of medical education and nurturing high-caliber medical professionals.
