Foreign expert services encompass assistance for both short-term and long-term experts.

Short-term experts:

Short-term experts are foreign personnel who are part of an exchange with Wuhan University for less than 90 days (excluding the 90th day). These experts can complete their procedures through the Foreign Expert Work Office under the Office of International Affairs. The services provided include: Application for the "Invitation Letter for China Visa", the "Wuhan University Foreign Personnel Visit Registration Form", and arrangements for accommodation in the Foreign Experts' Apartments.

Long-term experts:

Long-term experts are foreign personnel who have signed employment contracts with Wuhan University and work at the university for more than 90 days in a year. The employing department, in coordination with the Foreign Expert Work Office, facilitates the required procedures for the experts' working in China. These procedures include: Application for the "Foreigner's Work Permit", "Residence Permit for Foreigners of the People's Republic of China", "People's Republic of China Foreign Permanent Resident ID Card", "Confirmation Letter for High-Level Foreign Talent", and arrangements for accommodation in the Foreign Experts' Apartments.
