The Express Delivery Service Center at Wuhan University is entrusted with the management and servicing of the campus' express delivery stations and postal rooms. It offers a range of services including parcel collection and distribution, large item shipping, and specialized services during key periods such as graduation and enrollment. The campus postal services cover the collection and delivery of newspapers and journals, professional periodicals, correspondence for students and faculty, printed materials, international mail, registered mail, and official document delivery.

The center operates 4 postal rooms and 8 express delivery stations. Ten logistics service companies have established operations at the center, providing parcel collection and delivery services for major carriers including SF Express, JD Express, China Post, ZTO Express, YTO Express, Yunda Express, and Deppon Express. Over 140 delivery personnel serve the campus, meeting the collection and delivery needs of nearly 100,000 students and staff across four campus areas.
