The glutinous ball in rice wine served here is in the local flavor for there are the big glutinous ball with black sesame stuffing and the plain but very chewy ones in small size. Besides, the egg drops and osmanthus in the rice wine offer perfect sweetness and faint scent.

Saute Spicy Chicken in Moslem Canteen of Engineering Department also enjoys high reputation in the “food circle”. It is delicious and affordable. A single dish accommodates chicken, potatoes, onions and cabbages. With an alcohol burner heating beneath, the saute spicy chicken can be the best choice in the chilly winter.

The yogurt store in the Engineering Department sells stirred yogurt nuggets. It is unique in its blending mouthfeel of sweetness, softness, and tastiness. There are many flavors to choose from. Besides the stirred yogurt nuggets, customers can also find many other drinks here.

Plum Garden Canteen

Plum Garden Canteen serves a great number of delicacies for students and faculties. There are many cuisine windows to provide steamed food , wheaten food, cold dish, fruits, and hot dish. Every window has its own specialty. For example, there are steamed shrimps, steamed egg topped with minced meat, and sole fish with tofu in steamed food window, green tea pancake and fried noodles and pastry in wheaten food window, and Chinese yam with osmanthus sauce and braised food in the cold dish window.
