(Reporter: Sun Yijia, editor: Liu jiale) On April 13, 2019, our counselor Li Jieheng carried out an activity named "looking back on the splendid history and embracing a new era" with the aim of enhancing the historical education in the Communist Youth League and also promoting League’s development.

At the beginning, Wei Yinming as the host announced the opening of the Youth League School. And then, the secretary general of the sub-school Wang Wenjie introduced the curriculums and requirements of the school. After that, students welcomed Ms. Li to give a lesson named “how does Chinese Communist Youth League develop under the leadership of the Communist Party of China?”

In the class, Ms. Li said history is the collective memory and cultural cohesion of a nation and reading history textbook is one of the best choices for us to know more about our country and duties on our shoulders. Besides, Ms. Li introduced the functions of the League and emphasized that youth is the future and hope of our country and she hoped that young people should spare no efforts to make our country become stronger and stronger.

The host’s summary brought this activity to a successful close. After the activity we deeply know that the history of the Communist Youth League is tortuous, and our mission is glorious and far-reaching.
