（Reporter: Li Longlong, Chen Yinghua）On May 24th, the modern drama Ten Little Indian was perfectly accomplished by the students of our college drama club in the Fifth Teaching Building, which attracted an awful lot of students to admire the drama for its beforehand intriguing publicity. The actors performed this drama after practicing for numerous times, therefore all of them had produced a marvelous performance.
The story is about ten people who were invited to a small island, whereas each of them was unfamiliar to one another. As soon as they arrived on the island, the strange accidents happened one by one. At first, a mysterious voice said that all the ten man were culpable and guilty. Then, the judge Lawrence asked them the reason they came here and the stories of these people became more and more unambiguous. The drama became very frightening when Matson died out of sudden and other people died one after another, consequently they began to suspect and satire each other. In the panic, there were only Villa and Lombard left on the island. Hence Villa doubted that Lombard must be the real murderer behind the entire horrible events which drove her to take his pistol secretly and shoot him when he was unprepared. After Lombard’s death she gradually calmed down and realized that he wasn’t the true murderer when the judge Lawrence appeared in front of her.
The judge informed her the whole plan was plotted to punish the ten people who had done something wrong and unforgivable before and eventually the drama ended with the judge strangling her with a rope.
The actors started to practice this drama one month ago and devoted themselves to perform characters well. And they did put on an unforgettable and thrilling drama for us. This show let the audience’s hair down which added more fun and color to our extracurricular life. Thanks for everyone's contribution in front of and behind the stage that had brought us so much surprise and happiness.
